Cifal Saudi Arabia, in cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), concluded a specialized training programme in Diplomacy and International Relations, held over three days in Riyadh. The programme aimed to empower national cadres from several Saudi government entities, most notably the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, by enhancing their competencies in managing diplomatic affairs and strengthening their international representation skills.
The programme featured integrated training content focusing on modern diplomatic practices, international protocol, effective negotiation skills, multilateral dialogue management, foreign policy analysis, and the drafting of diplomatic documents and official correspondence.
Dr. Aiman Al-Barakati, Director of Cifal Saudi Arabia, emphasized that the programme reflects the strategic partnership with the Institute of Public Administration and aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives to build national capacities and enhance the Kingdom’s global presence.
