IRTQAA Platform

Professional training and development are among the most important sources of skill refinement, knowledge development, and attitude building for employees and workers in government and private institutions, and indeed all members of society. In light of the state's interest in training and the link between employee performance evaluation and the training programs and workshops they participate in, this has contributed to the multiplicity of entities responsible for training and the diversity of training methods and approaches. This has, in some cases, led to overlapping responsibilities between the departments of these entities with regard to training responsibilities. Hence, it is imperative for entities to work on mechanisms and means to unify their efforts in the field of training.

An electronic Learning & training platform used by CIFAL Saudi Arabia based on legal based upon an official agreement through which CIFAL introduces its development training programs.
