CIFAL Saudi Arabia Concludes the “Development Project Management Professional” Training Program, Empowering National Talent with an Internationally Accredited Certification

Cifal Saudi Arabia, under the supervision of Prof. Muslim bin Mohammed Al-Dosari, Vice President for Development and Investment at Majmaah University and Supervisor of Cifal  Saudi Arabia, successfully concluded the specialized training program “Development Project Management Professional (Project DPro).” The program aimed to equip trainees with the knowledge and practical skills required to manage and implement development projects efficiently and professionally, in ways that enhance their contribution to sustainable development and maximize their positive impact on national progress.

The five-day program, totaling 25 intensive training hours, provided participants with comprehensive tools for planning, implementation, and evaluation of development projects. Through this structured and practice-oriented training, participants were prepared to pursue the internationally accredited Project DPro certification, widely recognized as a leading qualification in the field of development project management.

The program addressed essential concepts and foundations of development project management, including the relationships between its components and the importance of modern, adaptive methodologies in project execution. It also offered an in-depth introduction to the Project DPro certification framework and the steps required to obtain it. Throughout the sessions, participants engaged in practical activities and real-life case studies that strengthened their ability to apply analytical and evidence-based solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and the achievement of sustainable development impact.

Dr. Aiman Al-Barakati, Director of Cifal Saudi Arabia, expressed his sincere appreciation for the continuous support provided by the President of Majmaah University and Chairman of Cifal Saudi Arabia, as well as the close guidance and ongoing follow-up of the Vice President for Development and Investment. He emphasized that such support represents a fundamental pillar in enhancing the effectiveness of the Center’s capacity-building programs and specialized developmental initiatives, enabling it to achieve its strategic and knowledge-driven objectives.
