Majmaah University, represented by CIFAL Saudi Arabia Center, hosts the conference on “Universities and the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals: Targets and Practices.”

Majmaah University organized a conference titled “Universities and the Sustainable Development Goals 2030: Targets and Practices,” under the patronage of His Excellency, Minister of Education Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan. The conference brought together university presidents and academics from both within the Kingdom and abroad. It featured four scientific sessions that explored topics such as sustainable development, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 2030, Saudi Vision 2030, the role of universities in achieving these goals, and strategies to accelerate their realization. The conference also included the signing of Memoranda of Understanding between the university and various international entities. On the sidelines, several speakers and participants visited the university’s Medical Rehabilitation and Prosthetics Center to explore the latest technologies in this field. This conference marks a significant step towards enhancing the role of universities in achieving the SDGs for 2030.
