CIFAL Saudi Center at Majmaah University has signed a cooperation agreement with Awqafuna Endowment Foundation as part of the university efforts to strengthen its leading role in supporting development initiatives and building strategic partnerships that contribute to achieving sustainable development goals.
The agreement aims to develop and implement joint training and consulting programs and activities, exchange expertise and knowledge, and establish development partnerships enhancing the effectiveness of community-impact initiatives and projects. It also supports the efforts of the nonprofit and endowment sectors in the Kingdom.
This agreement reflects Majmaah University continued leadership in community service and national development through its specialized centers, foremost among them CIFAL Saudi, which operates under the technical supervision of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). The center contributes to developing national talent and promoting sustainable development practices.
The agreement is also aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by empowering the nonprofit sector, strengthening effective cross-sector partnerships, and increasing contributions to economic and social development, and accordingly creating a sustainable developmental impact that benefits the nation and the society
