CIFAL Saudi Arabia Showcases Its Human Capacity Development Efforts at Imam University Career Week

CIFAL Saudi Arabia participated in the 6th Career Week Forum at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, held from 11–14 May 2026, where the Centre highlighted its ongoing efforts in human capacity development and introduced the professional and developmental opportunities it offers in the fields of employability, professional training, and capacity-building. The participation aimed to support the alignment between educational outcomes and labour market needs, while contributing to the preparation of national talent for meaningful professional and developmental pathways.

The Centre’s exhibition booth attracted strong engagement from visitors and stakeholders interested in professional development and workforce readiness. CIFAL Saudi Arabia showcased its portfolio of professional and developmental programmes in sustainable development and capacity-building, while also highlighting its role in empowering national talent through internationally oriented professional programmes and strategic partnerships with local and international institutions,enhancing beneficiaries’ access to professional growth and knowledge advancement opportunities.

As part of the event, Professor Faisal bin Faraj Al-Mutairi delivered a workshop entitled “Empowering Human Capacities in the Development Sector: A Proposed Model for Graduate Absorption”, in which he explored the concept of the development sector, its strategic importance, and its contribution to achieving broader development goals. The session also addressed professional opportunities available to graduates, as well as the importance of building capacities and preparing national talent in line with labour market demands and sustainable development requirements.
