CIFAL Saudi Arabia welcomed the Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Yasunari Morino, during an official visit in which he met with the Centre’s leadership.
During the visit, the Ambassador and his accompanying delegation toured the Centre’s facilities, where they were introduced to its advanced infrastructure and the specialized programmes delivered to empower development entities and enhance their institutional capacities. The visit also included a presentation of the Centre’s key initiatives and projects implemented in support of advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Ambassador Morino commended the advanced capabilities and professional methodologies he observed, noting that CIFAL Saudi Arabia represents a distinguished model in strengthening and advancing development practice.
At the conclusion of the visit, His Excellency expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome, praising the efforts undertaken by the Centre and its high-quality programmes that contribute to supporting the development sector.
