
Majmaah University, represented by CIFAL Saudi Arabia, participated in the Tamkeen X Forum, held at King Saud University from 19 to 21 January 2026.
The Centre’s participation included the establishment of an introductory pavilion within the accompanying exhibition, in addition to delivering two workshops. The first, titled “Concepts of Human Capacity Empowerment in Development Sectors,” and the second, “The Role of Development Institutions in Empowering Older Persons: The University of the Third Age as a Model.”
CIFAL Saudi Arabia also took part in a panel discussion entitled “Training as a Lever for Societal Transformation to accelerate achieving the Sustainable Development Goals 2030,” which highlighted the vital role of specialized training in building development capacities and enhancing the efficiency of human capital.
As part of the University’s participation, a cooperation agreement was signed with King Saud University, aiming to strengthen areas of empowerment and capacity building, develop high-impact initiatives with sustainable outcomes, and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, thereby supporting pathways for human and institutional development.
At the conclusion of the Forum, Tamkeen X honored CIFAL Saudi Arabia in recognition of its distinguished and impactful participation.
