
His Excellency the President of Majmaah University, Professor Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Mazal, honored CIFAL Center with the “Distinguished Entity” Award among the University’s centers, during the Annual Volunteering and Social Responsibility Ceremony for 2025, in recognition of the Center’s outstanding and active contribution to volunteer and community work throughout the year.
This recognition reflects the Center’s efforts in implementing developmental initiatives and promoting a culture of volunteering, contributing to the realization of Saudi Vision 2030 goals and reinforcing the values of social responsibility within and beyond the university environment.
During the ceremony, Mr. Sulaiman bin Saleh Al-Samhan, Director of Partnerships and Programs at CIFAL Saudi Arabia, was also honored with the “Outstanding Individual in Volunteering and Social Responsibility” Award for 2025, in recognition of his prominent role in integrating the concepts of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals into volunteer work throughout the year.
On this occasion, the Director of CIFAL Saudi Arabia, Dr. Aiman bin Jameel Al-Barakati, expressed his pride in this achievement, extending his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the President of the University for his continued support of the Center. He also praised the distinguished organizational efforts of the University’s Vice Presidency for Development and Investment, represented by the Observatory of Social Responsibility, for the success of this event that highlights the University’s role in serving the community. Furthermore, he commended the efforts of all CIFAL staff members who contributed to this success, reaffirming the Center’s commitment to continuing the delivery of high-quality programs that serve the community and support sustainable development
